Turning Capacity

Our turning department has 5 manually operated and 1 CNC 'Multiturn' Lathe.

We can cut a wide variety of materials from plastics, tufnol to a range of carbon and stainless steels.

The capacity range is:

10ft (3 metres) in length for shafts-
(max dia 14" - 360 mm at this length)

46" (1170 mm) maximum diameter for blanks-
(max length 20" - 500 mm for this diameter)

All dimensions are approximated and need to be adjusted depending on work holding method.
