Quality Control

All the work carried out to customer’s components is checked at each stage of production by our full-time inspector using separately calibrated measuring equipment. We retain fully documented job histories for 5 years and can supply copies of Test Certificates and Certificates of Conformity without charge. The measuring equipment (workshop & inspection) is calibrated at regular periods with full history records of each piece of equipment.

Quality Assurance.

We have held B.S.I accreditation for the last 18 years, originally BS5750 then ISO9002 and now ISO9001:2000.

This new standard involves us in a programme of continual improvement, process monitoring and people development. Customer communication is also a key element of the requirement and we welcome any comments clients wish to make about our service.
